Giulio D'Anna was an Italian painter among the leading exponents of Second Futurism . Active primarily between the 1920s and 1940s, he adhered to the movement promoted by Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, developing a style of painting focused on dynamism, modernity, and the myth of flight.
His works, often linked to aeropainting , translate a sense of speed and freedom into images through dynamic compositions and bold perspectives. He exhibited in important Futurist exhibitions in Italy and abroad, contributing to the spread of the Futurist language and cementing a significant role in the Italian artistic landscape of the twentieth century.
